From traditional operations to an AI-ready operating model.
Utilities have the data and the ambition. What AI changes is who does the repetitive work: robots walk the rounds, models read the reports and agents do the research, so people spend their time on decisions. These are six shifts we are delivering today, each with the work behind it.
What we have changed inside utilities.
Inspection, reporting, tracking, sales, customer service and compliance. The pattern repeats: find the work people should not be doing by hand, rebuild it around AI, and keep people in charge of the decision.
Four AI-led services, one team from assessment to go-live.
Every service starts from what AI can do now, not from a process that gets a model added at the end. Sales, customers, operations and the regulator: the four places a utility's performance is decided.
Four industries we know from the inside.
Each has its own regulators, vocabulary and systems. We bring the ones we have worked in, and the case studies to show it.
ContextWeaveWhat our services taught us, built into a platform.
The hardest part of AI in a utility is context: the meaning spread across systems, documents and email. Context Weave is the knowledge-graph platform we built from that work. It answers leadership questions and drafts regulatory reports with the evidence attached, and it is now in early access with a small group of design partners.
